This package provides a developed design that you can pass on to your draughty/builder, ensuring the fundamentals of your project are solid from the start. Your draughty/builder would then complete the Detailed Design stage and beyond.

The Design & Detail package is suited to those who prefer a more hands on approach with the managing of the construction contract & build. We complete the design stages and detailed drawings required for Building Consent and construction, allowing you to engage a builder and manage the construction process yourself.
